Scope of Work:

– Remotely solving support and managed services cases for clients
– Resolving tickets in a timely manner and in accordance with the client’s service contracts SLA
– Writing cases reports and validating them with the Managed Services Manager
– Managing clients’ cases through the service management platform
– Coordinating incidents between the client, the field engineer, and logistics

Working Conditions:

To be part of the dynamic and fast-paced managed services team, providing remote services and support for clients in Jordan. This position offers an opportunity to build strong technical expertise in a multi-technology and multi-vendor environment.

Years of Experience: 

0-2 years of relevant experience

Major: Computer & Communications or equivalent

Experience/Skills: We are looking for different profiles:

Position#1: Network & Security (core routing & switching, firewall, IPS, WAF, etc.)
Position#2: System (servers, hypervisors, virtualization, storage)
Position#3: Cyber Security (ethical hacking, forensics, threat analysis)
